If you find that jewellery item is the incorrect size you can return it to us, within 21-days of purchase. All Necklaces and bracelets are adjustable. If you find the jewellery item purchased is the incorrect size, measure your neckline or wrist and then send the jewellery item back to us for alteration. There is no charge for this service, unless the jewellery item was made to order and the size specified at the time of the order is incorrect. Many other high street jewellers will undertake alterations but they may charge for this service.

The recommended retail price is the price that is suggested or recommended for these items by suppliers. Some of the items may have been sold at the higher price at selected other outlets associated with our business.
