CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS - 21 DAY MONEY BACK PROMISE
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a "cooling off period" of seven days giving you the right to return goods for a full refund. This does not include items which have been especially made for you or have some associated hygiene requirement such as earrings.
We offer our customers the opportunity to return items within a twenty one day cooling off period after the item has been despatched by us.
Items returned for a refund must be returned in good condition, unused, with original packaging and paperwork. The items must arrive at our offices within 21 days of our despatch date to you.
Our earrings will be supplied in sealed packets. You may only return earrings for a refund during this 21 day period if the sealed package has not been tampered with.
RETURNING ITEMS TO US BY POST
Simply return the unused item in good condition, with original paperwork and packaging by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a refund of the purchase price will be made by the method used for the purchase. You will pay the costs of returning the item and we shall refund the purchase price you paid excluding any delivery charges.
This policy does not apply to purchases which have been made directly from our outlets. Please contact the individual outlet where the item was purchased.
